Patna High Court Exam Pattern for District Judge Posts:

The candidates are 10 times (approx) the number of vacancies for appointment will be called for written test on the basis of marks obtained in Screening Test.  Applicants have to secure 150 or more marks out of 300 marks at the Screening Test. The candidates are 03 times the number of vacancies for appointment, will be called for Viva Voce test on the basis of marks obtained in Written Test on following basis:-

(a) The full marks for screening test shall be 300 and it shall be of 100 questions and each question will carry 03 marks but each wrong answer will incur 01 negative mark. It shall be of objective type. The syllabus shall comprise questions relating to Law (45%), English language (20%), Reasoning and Mathematics (20%), General Knowledge (10%) and Computer (5%).

A candidate will qualify for interview if he secures minimum 45% marks in each paper and 55% marks in aggregate in the written test.

Total Questions- 100 objective type questions (03 marks each)

Interview- 50 Marks

Total marks- 300

There is Negative marking for each wrong answer is of 01 mark
