Salary - Rs 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of 2200/-

Age Limit- 18-25 years

Place- Assam (India)

                     

Eligibility

The candidate should be HSLC or 10^th pass from a recognized Board.

Male Height- 162.56 cm (all categories except ST) and 160.02 cm (ST)

Female Height- 154.94 cm (all categories except ST) and 152.40 cm (ST)  

Chest Only for Men- 80-85 cm and 78-83 cm (ST)

Selection Process- The candidates are selected on the basis of Physical Standards Tests (PST), Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) includes 100 meter and 80 meter sprint, 1600 meter and 1200 meter race, long jump, high jump and Written Test.

Assam Police Question Paper Exam Pattern:

In written exam there are 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) to be answered onan OMR answer sheet. For each right answer the candidate will get ½ mark granted.  Questions ask will be of the level of class 9^th and 10^th. 

Total 100 Marks Scheme

1) Written Test- 25 Marks

2) Extra-curricular activities and special skills- 15 Marks

a) Educational Qualification- 5 Marks

b) NCC/Home Guard/ Sports- 5 Marks

c) Diploma/Technical qualification from ITI/Polytechnic or other recognized Institute,or in Computer Application from a recognized/ accredited Institute- 5 Marks

3) PET Exam- 60 Marks
